We stand behind every candle and diffuser we make, which is why we offer our Love Your Product Guarantee. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Because our products are made in small batches and many are seasonal, we don’t accept general returns or exchanges. But if you don’t love your product, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Love Your Product Guarantee
If you receive a scent you truly don’t love, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a better fit, offer a replacement, or provide another solution that feels right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at jessica@scentofhomecandles.com within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A quick description of the issue
Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
We’ll take care of it quickly with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original form of payment. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, we’re unable to replace or refund orders that are lost or stolen. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location and using your tracking information to follow your order’s progress.
