At Scent of Home, we hand-pack each order with care so your candles and diffusers arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During the holidays or new collection launches, please allow a little extra time. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Free shipping on orders $75+
Every U.S. order of $75 or more ships free.

Orders under $75:

West: $4.99
Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming

Central: $6.99
Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas

East: $9.99
All other states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington, D.C.

The Scent Discovery Card always ships free.

Local Pickup
Local? Choose pickup at checkout to collect your order at our Kuna, Idaho studio, usually ready in 2–4 days.

Delivery Time
After your order ships, delivery takes 3–4 business days in the West and 3–5 business days in Central and East states. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Holiday Shipping
For Christmas delivery, please order by Friday, December 11.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package on the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your items arrive damaged, reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right. See our refund policy for details.
