At Scent of Home, we hand-pack each order with care to ensure your candles and diffusers arrive safely and ready to enjoy.
Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons — like holidays or new collection launches — please allow a little extra time. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates (Domestic — United States)

For larger orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on carrier rates through USPS.
Delivery Timeframes
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Please note that processing time is separate from transit time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package directly through the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging every order. If your items arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right. For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
