What is the minimum order?
Gifts we ship to each person on your list have a 10-gift minimum per order, and you can upload your whole gift list at once. Bulk orders you hand out yourself also start at 10 items. Gifting Partners have no minimum on either: send one gift at a time, or order just a few items at partner pricing.
What does it cost to ship a gift directly to someone?
Choose a 10oz candle or room spray for $40, or a 16oz 3-wick candle or reed diffuser for $50. That includes gift packaging, a handwritten note and shipping anywhere in the continental US. You can add more items to the same gift at wholesale price.
What is a Gifting Partner?
Once you place 3 orders in 12 months, or plan on 50+ gifts a year, you become a Gifting Partner. Partners can send gifts one at a time with no minimum, get partner pricing on any quantity and free custom label setup, and get a custom message we write together for every gift.
Can you add our logo to the candles?
Yes. Custom labels have a $100 setup fee and a 24 item minimum. Setup is free for Gifting Partners.
How long does it take to receive our order?
Most orders ship within 1-2 weeks, depending on whether you are ordering scents we carry regularly or a custom label or scent. We will give you a clear timeline when you order. For the holidays, please place bulk orders by Friday, December 4.
What if I need a rush order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to fit rush orders into our production schedule.
Are the candles really non-toxic?
Yes. We use 100% soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils and cotton wicks. No harmful chemicals, just clean-burning candles you can feel good about giving.
